According to many Christians though, Jeff is in Heaven while Ghandi is in Hell. The reason is that Dahmer supposedly confessed and repented right before he died at the hands of another inmate. Ghandi on the otherhand was not Christian and therefore went to Hell for any sin that he commited (no matter how minor).
