Jeffrey Dahmer's brother?

Where is Jeffrey Dahmer's brother? I believe his name was David? Does anyone know what happened to him or where he is now?

1. He came over for Pizza last night, then we went out and slaughtered a few people.
2. nothing in the net other than he was born in 1966, l would have changed my name and started over somewhere else if Jeffrey had been my brother,
3. Last I heard he changed his last name. I think the parents live not too far from me, next county over.
4. David is married and he has kids.
5. I am sure he doesn't want to many people to know where he is now, you know, with his brother being famous and all.

Several different sources, including a documentary, have stated that Jeffrey Dahmer's brother changed his last name so that he would no longer be associated with the atrocities that his brother committed. The court record for the name change has been sealed despite media requests claiming the court document is public information.
