These were all troubled young men with troubled childhoods. And maybe if a true christian would have tried to help them, they wouldn't have did what they did. We christians have to try to help people fight their demons in their heads by being honest and telling them how we fight our demons daily.
I was under the impression Dahmer converted before he died and is thus a card-carrying Christian. So yes, I suppose he would be a matyr for the atheist cause, in that he's a great example of the flawed logic of some religions. ;)

Why do people call atheism a belief. Atheism is just a name that christians give those that don't believe in god and have the strength to stand on their own two feet.
