Do Christians believe that Jeffrey Dahmer is in heaven?
Dahmer served his time at the Columbia Correctional Institution in Portage, Wisconsin, where he ultimately declared himself a born-again Christian. This conversion occurred after viewing Evangelical material sent to him by his father. A local preacher, Roy Ratcliff, met with Dahmer and agreed to baptize him.

- I believe that I cannot know the heart of any human but myself and that in consequence I cannot know Dahmer's fate. Just because someone claims to be a Christian doesn't make them one, but that said I am no man's judge --- God is. Do I believe that Jesus' blood is enough to cover Dahmer's sins should Dahmer choose to accept that by faith? Yes.

- I would have no way of knowing that, only God does! I believe if he truly repented of his sins and turned from his evil ways and asked Jesus into his heart, then he is there. If it was for show, he is in hell! Either way, that is for God to decide, not me.

By living his life in such a way that showed he desired unity with his fellow man and God. Water baptisms are not the only Baptism. And Ghandi had some skeletons in his closet to. Great leader, but his personal life was no better then any of the rest of us.
- Probably he is. Did ever get to see the interviews with him in prison? He was quite mentally disturbed and knew what he did but could not explain why he did. He was very repentant and in fact, was glad that he was caught. Btw, I live in Milwaukee. Not that, that makes me an expert.
